After an overwhelming amount of requests we developed a line of gluten free desserts. Don't get us wrong - we LOVE gluten - but think our gluten free sweets hold their own. The trick is that we stick to JR basics, making everything by hand with all natural ingredients.

Marjolaine Cake: This classic flourless pastry is a baked walnut meringue with layers of dark and white chocolate. We recommend cutting the three layer loaf into thick slices. The majority of customers are shocked to find out this cake is gluten free making it our most popular flourless dessert.

Cheesecake Bars: We originally developed this gluten free dessert for the Taste of Chicago (a popular summer festival). The concept is simple, but "oh" so delicious. Plain cheesecake, dipped in chocolate and frozen on a stick.

Flourless Chocolate Cake (available in a large 10" or individual 3" cake): The name says it all - a rich flourless chocolate cake made with semi-sweet chocolate and a hint of freshly brewed coffee. We recommend adding a scoop of ice cream or drizzle of fresh raspberry sauce. 

Chocolate Macademia Nut Torte: We take our original flourless chocolate cake - add a layer of macadamia nuts - and top it with a beautiful chocolate drizzle.

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake: Three layers of creamy mousse including milk, white and dark chocolate. This elegant and light dessert is best served semifreddo.

3" Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake: This sweet is the perfect option for someone looking for an individual dessert. We start with a layer of flourless chocolate cake, add a healthy portion of chocolate mousse and finish it off with a whipped cream topping and chocolate shaving.

Macaroons: A gluten free specialty cookie that comes in coconut, chocolate and chocolate dipped. It's hard to eat just one.
